Hospice of Montezuma prides itself on being your local community hospice.  As a non-profit organization, in fact, as the only independent non-profit hospice provider in the Four Corners, we depend on your community support.

 

We accept donations from many sources – individuals, foundations and corporations. Some wish to support an important community resource for Four Corners residents.  Many give in honor or memory of a friend or family member.  Others wish to show appreciation for services received.
